Hydrogenic Digester System

This system is built on site according to the following specifications:
· With a minimum thickness of 50mm, 30 MPA concrete, it is a water sealed, robust, mono cast block where the mould is removed when it is still in the green stage, if need be, to repair porosities (seldom needed).
· Because of a completely sealed tank, no leaks are possible
· System consists of two digesters 2500 liters each and one holding tank conical shaped, for maximum strength.
· Holding tank 2500 liters.
· Workmanship is guaranteed.
· Inlets and outlets are cast into the mould.

How does the system work?

1. A double pipe system ensures that sewerage and other affecting chemicals do not mix. Thus ensuring that digesting happens at optimal speed, to cope with the needs of the Client.
2. In the primary digester, all solids are digested.
3. The secondary digester serves as back up of the final process.
4. Tests have shown that effluent is nutrient rich and perfectly safe for the purpose of irrigation.
5. Importantly, the system allows one to use water which would otherwise disperse through a soak away on conventional septic tanks, where pollution is very possible.
6. This system is very suitable to sites where construction of a soak-away is impossible or impractical, or just dangerous because of pollution, chances of a normal septic tank.
7. Only grey water from the secondary tank runs into the holding tank where it mixes with the rest of the wastewater, (from baths, showers and basins).
8. Water gets pumped from the holding tank onto the lawn, into a fish pond or were ever it is needed on the premises.
